" Having traveled to Mexico a few times, I can confidently say that Itacate has some of the most authentic tacos I've tried outside of Mexico. The spices and the cooking techniques are spot on. I particularly enjoyed the choriqueso taco with spicy sausage and cheese. It did feel a bit cramped since it’s such a small restaurant, but the flavors compensate for the cozy space.
